JAP is helping to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy by providing scholarships, school supplies, financial and other support to students, educators and schools in developing countries.   Some of our accomplishments include:

 

  • January – March 2016, JAP sponsored 11 students for the high school entrance exam (GSAT) Tutoring.
  • JAP provided funds and food supplies to the Flower Hill Central Basic School, New Concept Kindergarten School and Hartford Basic Schools for their lunch program.
  • JAP helped to keep a kindergarten school running by providing the funds for the principal’s salary for one year.
  • Annual Educational Mission to Flower Hill, Jamaica where JAP distributes  back-to-school supplies, sponsors workshops for the  the students which includes lunch, motivational sessions for the parents, and a Community Talent Showcase.
  • JAP presented 16 students with scholarships at its first annual Scholarship Award Ceremony in Montego Bay, Jamaica in July 2017.
